MLK Jr. Day of Service

8 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Exhibition Hall

Join us for Georgia Tech’s 12th annual MLK Day of Service, an immersive, community service program that connects Georgia Tech community members to hands-on service projects and social issue education in the Atlanta area! Each year, on the observed Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., we offer the chance to make it a “day on, not a day off” partnering with local organizations to connect, serve, and move us closer to Dr. King’s vision of a ‘Beloved Community’. Individual and group registration options will be available. General info: civic-engagement.gatech.edu/content/mlk-day-programming. Sponsored by Civic Engagement and MOVE.

MLK “Sunday Supper”: A Community Meal and Conversation

Exhibition Hall

Gather with your fellow Georgia Tech community members for our 9th annual MLK “Sunday Supper”. This nationally recognized event draws inspiration from Dr. King’s vision to bring individuals together to engage in meaningful discussion about current issues. We are excited to come together over a meal and to engage in meaningful dialogue about the 2022 MLK celebration events, Dr. King’s legacy, and this year’s theme, “It Starts with Me: Shifting Priorities to Create the Beloved Community.” General info: civic-engagement.gatech.edu/content/mlk-day-programming. Sponsored by CEISMC and Civic Engagement.
